Free quote, no obligation, written. Send a photo of what you’ve spotted — the mud tube, the cockroaches, the wasp nest, the rodent droppings, the spider web — plus the suburb you’re in. Usually we come back with a number the same business day, or first thing the next morning if you send it after-hours.

What we need to quote properly

Three things make the quote accurate. The more you can give us, the closer the written quote is to the final invoice.

• A photo of the issue. A mud tube on a brick pier, droppings on a pantry shelf, a wasp nest under the eaves, a cockroach in good light, a spider web in a corner. Phone snap is fine. Even a blurry photo helps us identify the species 80% of the time.
• The suburb. Drive time changes the cost a little; more importantly, the suburb tells us the housing-stock era and soil profile, which changes the termite risk reading. A 1920s villa in Norwood sits in a different conversation to a 1990s Mawson Lakes slab home.
• What you want done. Termite inspection? General pest treatment? End-of-lease bond clean? Commercial monthly contract? Not sure? Pick “Not sure — please advise” if that’s honest — we’ll tell you what the situation actually warrants.

What happens after you submit

1. We read it the same day (business hours) or first thing the next morning.
2. We send a written quote to your phone or email — itemised, GST-inclusive, with a clear scope. Termite quotes name the standard the work is to (AS 3660.1-2014 for new construction, AS 3660.2-2017 for inspections, AS 4349.3-2010 for the report format).
3. If we need to see the property in person, we’ll book a quick site visit (usually 15 minutes for a general pest sight, longer for a full termite inspection).
4. You decide. No pressure, no follow-up sales calls.

If the quote works, we book the job. If it doesn’t, no hard feelings — we’d rather lose a quote than do a job at the wrong price.
