2. Quotes
Quotes provided through this website or by our team are for the scope described in the quote. Variations to scope (additional rooms, additional treatment area, sub-floor access required, larger property than disclosed) may attract additional charges, which will be agreed before work commences.
3. Booking and cancellation
Booking is confirmed when both parties have agreed in writing on the scope, price, and date. Cancellations made within {{cancellation_window}} of the scheduled work date may incur a callout fee.
4. Standards and licensing
Termite inspections are conducted to AS 3660.2-2017. Treatments are conducted per AS 3660.1-2014. Written inspection reports comply with AS 4349.3-2010. We hold an SA Health Pest Controller's Licence (Pest Manager Registration #XXXX) and use only APVMA-registered products applied per label conditions. Re-entry windows are advised in writing before any treatment commences.
5. Insurance and liability
We hold $20M public liability insurance and active WorkCover SA registration. Certificates of currency are available on request. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the work performed under the relevant quote.
6. Warranty
We provide a 12-month service warranty on completed termite treatment work, subject to the operator's standard warranty conditions (no structural alteration to treated zones, scheduled annual inspections, no withdrawal of approved bait stations). General pest treatments are warranted per the program scope set out in the quote.
7. Payment
Invoices are due within {{payment_terms_days}} days of issue. Late payments may attract interest at the rate prescribed in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 2013 (SA).
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images and the Pest Fox brand mark, is the property of Pest Fox or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright and trade mark law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
